The company has extensive database of seafarers from Ukraine, Russia, Georgia and the Baltic States. Most of them cooperate with us for a long time, being employed for serving on various vessels at different times with good references.  

Our policy is to keep only reliable seamen in our company. But we are always open to young, promising, experienced and hardworking seamen for joining our team who can provide us with positive references from previous employers.
We follow National and International Requirements for Crew Members. Each seaman has International Licence, Endorsement, Certificates and other documents in accordance with STCW’95 and his sea service is easy to check.

On the clients’ request, we are ready to provide them with several candidates in order for them to choose the most suitable specialist.
We guarantee that all candidates, not depending on a rank, before sending for the client’s consideration are checked for experience, competence, verification of their certificates, work ambitions, English level, full Medical Examination (including P&I Clubs), Drug and Alcohol Test, ship safety knowledge. If it is necessary, there is a possibility to interview the candidates by skype with the help of a web cam or by phone.   
 
Tenet Marine Company arranges crew change in any part of world, including preparing documents for issuing Visas and the Flag State Certificates for seamen, booking e-tickets as per ship’s crew fare. Also we can provide each crew member with low price working clothes with any desired logotype.


Likewise we can offer additional services such as:
